1.1 The Cartlow Sell Your Device Program ("Program") allows customers ("Customer(s)") to sell their devices ("Device(s)").
1.2 Eligible Devices are limited to those listed on the Sell Your Device portal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
2. Payment Methods
2.1 Once the Customer completes the sale process for an Eligible Device, the payment will be made via:
Cartlow Wallet
Bank Transfer
STC PAY
3. Customer Obligations Before Handing Over the Device
Before handing over the device to Cartlow via the courier service, the Customer must:
3.1 Disable all security features, including:
iCloud
Find My Phone
Pattern Lock
PIN Codes
Carrier Lock
3.2 Remove all personal data, including:
SIM Card
Memory cards
Any stored data or personal information
4. Customer Responsibility
4.1 The Customer is fully responsible for any loss of personal data stored on the Device.
4.2 Cartlow is not liable for any loss of data, content, or other information that was stored on the Device.
5. Cartlow's Right to Reject Devices
5.1 Cartlow reserves the right to reject and return any Device that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
6. Device Classification After Assessment
6.1 Cartlow will assess and classify the Device based on the following conditions:
Premium
Standard
Defective But Working
Like new, no scratches, fully functional, battery health 92% or above.
Minor scratches, fully functional, battery health between 82% and 91%.
Device powers on but may have functional issues such as a broken screen, cracked camera, or damaged back cover.
All devices must be fully unlocked with no iCloud, Google, or network locks.

7. Final Device Value
7.1 The final amount offered by Cartlow will be determined only after the assessment and evaluation of the Device.
7.2 Cartlow retains full discretion in deciding which devices qualify as Eligible Devices under this Program.
8. No Refund or Return Policy
8.1 Once the device is sold and the customer accepts the quoted value, the sale is final and cannot be reversed.
9. Cartlow’s Right to Modify or Terminate the Program
9.1 Cartlow has the sole discretion to modify or terminate the Program or change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable laws.
10. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
10.1 The Customer agrees that any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions or participation in the Program shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
